Description
~Beach Tigress~
As opposed to most felines, tigers, lions and leopards are excellent swimmers and often enjoy taking a dip in water for both fun and exercise. Tigers can swim up to 2 miles when hunting or evading predators.
This was a different kind of experiment, where I have used ControlNet to set the 3D pose imported from Poser, and then a 2nd image mask to place the tail, but this time I set it to process the tail mask only in the first 10% of the processing, giving SD more time and freedom to be creative with the shape and placement, while keeping the good part of the original 3D tail shape (see upper corner). This allows me to get different variations of the AI generated tail until I get one that I like. Pose and camera made with my OpenPose plugin in Poser, rendered in Stable Diffusion, postwork in Paintshop.

Exquisite image. The tail looks great. It really is seamless. Great to be able to work with all of our 3d assets in SD have some control over what we as artists want to create. Cheerio lululee

Thank you! This is a universal tail that was part of an "Animal Xpression Pack" I created over a decade ago, here used with DawnSE. If we don't make a mask, the tail ends attached to her head, arms, go missing, or even detached from the body - crazy stuff. It also ends up too small, too thin, or in the wrong shape. Thanks to ControlNet, I can tell the AI how I want the tail shape, size and placement using my own 3D one, and thanks to being able to control the range of ControlNet influence, we can even give it a little leeway to create some variations, while keeping the general shape and placement from the 3D tail reference. Really awesome stuff! ^___^
