I believe that is a Fiat 500 from the 1960's. And, if I'm right, the car had a 2 cylinder engine that was about 1/2 liter, or 30 cu. in., not much bigger than lawnmower. I had a 1963 Fiat 1100 (millicento, in Italian) about that time. It was a bit bigger, seated 4 people, and had a 1 liter engine, or 61 cu. in. It was a cute car, but Volkswagen Beetles could beat me any day of the week and twice on Sundays !!! And, in addition to that, it needed 2 valve jobs by 50,000 miles, because Italian roads were mostly smaller roads back then and didn't demand so much from the engine. Other than all that, I loved the little car and still have pictures of it. o:)
