Description

Lil tucker loved going to grandma's for thanksgiving. The smells of cooking food drifting through the house, his family talking to one another and the Thanksgiving parade on the t.v. In the living room. One thing he always looked forward to however was grandma's famous apple pie and boy was it famous. It had won many blue ribbons at the country fair each year and Tucker always got to pick the apples from his grandparent's orchard. On his way to get the apples however he never failed to get distracted by their pond and the number of awesome frogs he could find there. Grandma would tease him that he came back with more frogs than apples and threatened to cook him up some tasty frog legs which made him snarl up his nose. “I better hurry”, Tucker thought to himself as a crisp Autumn wind blew through the trees just cold enough to send a shiver down to your toes. He knew that grandma would be waiting for the apples and he couldn't wait to sink his teeth into all the yummy food.... This is the third piece in my series for my wife and her love of the Autumn season. Thanks for taking a look and God Bless! - Shannon
