Rendered in 3Delight. Something I have always wanted to do with Iray in this environment, but for some reason, this location at the door always comes out foggy. I am no expert in any of this, but the more I do in Iray, The more I learn about how much more dynamic and user friendly 3Delight is...and I don't need a computer from NASA or NORAD to make it work. Sure. Iray can push out awesome photoreal images...when it works...hours from clicking the render button...but I can convert and render ANY surface and environment made for Iray in 3Delight and much much faster. Yes. Even hair from Outoftouch. Wish I can say the same the other way around. as long as Iray has been around, I would think Daz would have these issues worked out by now. It's no better than it was when it first came out. I have gotten better with it. But it hasn't improved for us. Meanwhile they dazzle us with things like Genesis 9 to get more $$$ out of us...only to be used in the same, frustrating, limited, and unimproved render engine of Iray. I'll still use Iray because it can do awesome things. But when frustrated, I'll convert everything to 3Delight from time to time in order to maintain my sanity. I have absolutely no interest in Genesis 9. I still have too much Genesis 8 gear I have not used yet.
