I tell you, photographing against a clear sky really tells you how much dust is on your lens :) 99% of the post processing on these images was erasing all my dust spots lol. Lens got a good cleaning after.

Beautiful shots! I have trouble with lens cleaning too but mine look dirty even after I clean them haha. I probably unfortunately have dirt on the inside.

Very nice close shots though the second image is that a seagull or another bird? Looks very patterned. Lovely shots either way :)

Might need a visit to the shop to clean the inside, or even check the back of the lens to see if its dirty. Second one is a gull different subspecies than the first, or maybe a juvie. I don't know my gulls well and there are a fair few varieties out here.
