I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

i recall as a kid climbing the wooden poles and unstrapping the glass insulators of the wires. but would not have tried her way of getting one. awesome pole props and insulator. always a beauty Rod.

Fantastic work as always, Sir Rod... and the excitement you manage to add to your art never ceases to amaze me. Great job on building up the tension (voltage) here as we all are waiting to see what she comes up with... Very powerful render!! Dam u Twiz and your dam puns! LOL!

Not seen those booties in a render for a long time. A great product in the day. Cool work by the way

Haha, that does NOT look like the safest place to swing even if it isn't powered! It's nice to be surprised by an image, so thanks for putting that one up, it did bring a smile to my face.

I was thinking more of ... "I came in like a wrecking ball" (Miley Cyrus) LOL However, as long as she's not coming close to any other metals she'll not be toasted ... would be a pity.

(Ilarie--is that a form of "hillary"? really unusual name!)
don't be shocked that i'm commenting on your latest image, every so often I need to send some shock waves through your bloodstream (and mine)
really fine work on this "person on a flying trapeze" pic! It really looks dangerous, esp with Ilarie holding onto a thin metal hook. Plus, you did a great job of mixing her (a 3D model) with a freebie tower, and your own photo. It's seamless Rod. Plus your usual fine lighting, posing and outfits. A really fine job of creating a death-defying moment without a hitch or anything feeling unnatural. (Well, unnatural for some---if I were in her position, I wouldn't be waving, I'd be 1) screaming, 2) threatening lawsuits, 3) panicking bigtime, and 4) praying fiercely. Ilarie is obviously one of your trained staff.)
I still am gonna comment on earlier pieces (I commented on a 9/24 piece---rouelle? I don't remember her spelling---and some pieces after...if it feels like I'm all over the map in your gallery, it's just my clumsy way of trying to fill-in-the blanks from all my absences. I'd like, when visiting your back gallery, to leave a pile of cash, some jewels, an electron microscope, and a 3 month supply of caviar...buuuuuuut...couldn't manage it. Besides, who the hell needs 3 months of caviar? 1 hour makes me sick...slimy black little things...ugh...) I'll do a few more recents for now though. You shouldn't think I live in a time warp...

great swing and pose!

I recently seen so many insulators, and I was thinking of you. reminds me of the river crossing tower for the Tennessee Valery Authoritative. part of the tower was partially constructed in the Parking lot. 75 feet between legs

An "electrifying" pose!
