Description
This image mimics the photo of an Ilya Muromets prototype landing in February 1914 referenced in my previous upload.
From the same render as that upload, the foreground ground crew are M4 dressed in clothing from Red Army Officer, Winter Offensive, and Universal Sailor. The passengers are similarly dressed plus the German Great Coat. The ground crew in the distance are Lorenzo LoRez. The aircraft is the Ilya Muromets Transport Add-on. The buildings are the Home Farm from Vanishing Point, Station St. Julien from 3D-CAD, and Low Poly Buildings from Turbosquid. The environment is Flinks Snow Grounds and Flinks Sky with an added horizon, and the birds, not in the historical photo, are from Flock Formations. The Ilya Muromets bomber and transport add-on are in the Marketplace.
Composed and rendered In Poser 11 Pro, post-processed in Corel Photo Paint for B&W photo and fading effects. The hand lettering was lifted and layered from the historic photo.

A man named Masashi Kishimoto is credited with saying that The only difference between insanity and genius is measured only by success and failure. These men in their day seem to be right on the edge of that observation, great image ;)
