You mean to tell me this isn't raster art done in Illustrator or Affinity Designer? Heck I could have done that in 60 seconds with 2 maybe 3 layers. Just kidding. It is a captivating image. I'm not 100% on the terminology but it looks like the "lora" couldn't decide where the cat's chest hair ends and the woman's begins. Ironically that just makes it more interesting.
