Description
like the magnificent feat of engineering that it was, the newly constructed and fairly operation station hung in a stationary position far above the planet of Andorre.
Designated as Starbase 54; it was still in its early operational stations. Being so new, systems failures and short comings were many. It would take time before it achieved the level of Starbase 1, which was positioned above the planet Earth.
