It's been 43 years since we lost a great talent and human being. Tara is here to pay her respects.

i recall the day watching Monday night football with Howard Cosell. he took a moments and said the news i have here is far more important than any football game. he stated John Lennon was just shot to death in front of his New York home. my friends an just dropped our jaws.

It was worse for me. My father, uncle and I were in the park across the street when it happened.

OMG! That's too close... And what a shocker. I was in the shop working on a couple copy machines getting ready to ship to a local hospital. One of the sales guys ran through the door and said, "OH MY GOD!!!! Someone just shot and killed John Lennon!"
We couldn't believe it!
