Absolutely looks as though it's been painted. I agree with Margit1 about the impressionist feel to it. Very believable. Oh, and it's a gorgeous picture as well. ~regards Mel p.s. my curious mind would love to know where to get it.

A gorgeous painting. That tells you it looks like a painting to me. Does the filter work in PSP? Or just Bryce?

I'd love to know what filter you used too. This is such a beautiful image. Reminds me of Thomas Kincade. I was just wondering if you didn't apply the filter to the water because the reflection is not the same as the image.

It looks very much like an impressionist painting..possibly Monet or Cezanne..very well done in that style..Autumn being my favorite season..I find it striking in the soft colors of pastels, more resembling watercolor then oil..
