The middle guys are smaller versions of that UFO ancient god in the park in Manila in the last shot in case you don`t notice that. They came out of the white spot of the bigger one that the seagull is looking at, sort of like a pouch. That is why in the sky UFO`s show up in clusters, they left the pouch. This is the north part by the buoy so boats don`t hit the hill they made {the minions not the boat people} The top looks like a larger version of the slug god or minion if you prefer laid right over the top turned to stone now. People swim to it and hang out. If I had more then a Pentax 300mm lens I could get a closer shot, but we moved.
