M. et Mme Koulechov se font un film
L’effet Koulechov désigne la propension d'un plan à influer sur le sens du plan qui lui succède dans le montage, avec en retour l’influence de ce plan sur le sens du précédent, une « contamination sémantique » à double direction.
Je commence une nouvelle série faite de diptyques où dans le champ de la première image, les regardeurs doivent, par leur attitude et accessoires, faire deviner le film visionné dans le contre-champ donné par la seconde image. Bonne chance aux cinéphiles !

Mr. and Mrs. Kuleshov are making a film
The Kuleshov effect designates the propensity of a shot to influence the meaning of the shot that succeeds it in the montage, with in return the influence of this shot on the meaning of the previous one, a “semantic contamination” with two directions.
I am starting a new series made of diptychs where in the shot of the first image, the viewers must, through their attitude and accessories, make us guess the film being viewed in the reverse shot given by the second image. Good luck to movie fans!

I believe it is either "The Searchers" or "Rio Bravo." John Wayne is a certainty, but he made so many films it's hard to guess.

P...! Un des rares westerns "classiques " que j'ai déjà regardé. J'avais donc trouvé? Mon épouse est allergique aux westerns hollywoodiens, préférant ceux de Sergio Leone, de Peckinpah ou du XXIème siècle, ces derniers bien plus réalistes. Savais tu que certains indiens embauchés pour des westerns des années 50 racontaient n'importe quoi dans leur langue, y compris des insanités, et les "blancs" n'y voyaient que du feu?

j'aime bien aussi les westerns de Sergio Leone et plus contemporains. Tu m'apprends cette forme de résistance que pratiquaient ces acteurs indiens, souvent instrumentalisés dans ces premiers westerns.

Not a connoisseur of Westerns but I knew that's what was coming in the second picture when I saw the first and I did recognize John Wayne glugging down water from the canteen. I suppose I should have a look at some of these classic films. =)
As always, I smiled a lot at the cat who in this case is after the popcorn and seems to have his own Indian brave's feather. XD
