Description

~Daphne and Velma~ My homage to 2 beloved American pop culture characters from Scooby-Doo. Putting them together in Stable Diffusion required the "Latent Couple" extension for the split composition, plus ControlNet (OpenPose) to let me pose them individually and set the camera position. Some may disagree with my choice for eye colors, but those have varied wildly from one Scooby-Doo show to another, like they couldn't make up their minds. From the original Hanna-Barbera animation studios, all characters had black eyes, so that's understandable. Pose and camera set in Poser, rendered in Stable Diffusion, postwork in PaintShop.

They look so youthful and my fave cartoon from the era without exception :)

Amazing work :)

Thank you! This gang was once known as the symbol for American pop culture, and an ageless product of its time. My favorite part was the "Mystery Incorporated" (2010) TV series, bring the best art and animation quality. It also had 2 new things never seen in Scooby-Doo before: a season-long plot, and romance involving the characters. The story had a more adult tone, and even the monsters were scarier than ever before (or after). Loved it! 😁

Thank you! I always had a bias towards Daphne, but was surprised by how many fanclubs Velma has in comparison. ^___^

How beautiful those two are, I cannot decide! (as if I would ever had a chance to choose) LOL From the original body styles Daphne would have been more my style, but here Velma is definitive my favorite -- despite the red hair of Daphne.

Thank you! Although Velma always had the biggest fanclub, I generally preferred Daphne. ^___^
