Description
Well, Axel and Victoria had to leave the office. She was already busted once today by Nicole while trying to take Axel's test to a higher level in her office.
So they go to a Hotel where there won't be any...interruptions.
After a few dress tease poses there, she says she has to go to the bathroom...shedding the dress in the process. On the way back out, intending to start off the next round of testing with a little leg tease at the doorway.....
You know I can see you in the mirror don't you?
Girl needs to pay more attention to her surroundings.
This is the best test Axel has ever been subject to. Pass or fail? At this point...who cares!

In my experience, episodes like this were never the result of a lack of situational awareness! Still, I suppose such may happen occasionally.

True enough.
She just didn't consider that there was a mirror behind her as she snuck up to the door behind the wall. From the shooters angle he could see her approach. In the previous shot she was peeking around the corner with one eye into the room trying to be sneaky but from this angle he could see her whole backside in the mirror.
This shot is her reaction to his "You know I can see you in the mirror don't you?"...humorously surprised.
