Description
Well, this one's a doozy, but I did put a lot of manual effort into it, so it should fly on this board.
Several folks have asked me for a better (AI) version of my "Witch of the Outlands" characters, but the thing is, AI just don't do that! I've had a devil of time trying to get a "blue-skinned" character, without success. If any enthusiasts out there know how to do this, feel free to email me but please provide details as to engines, prompts and methods!
Anyhow, AI's just won't play. So I cheated.
I took one of my previous "witch of the outlands" renders and fed it through a rendering engine setting the interpretation to "medium". It still gave me a regular pale-skinned girl, but close. So this is a derivitive work from my own original poser pic. I chose to put it up "stand alone" because I did so much other work on it.
Then I dug into Photoshop. HSB on the skin, to change the tone, then on separate layers I handled the clothing items similarly.
The camo is a "multiply" on top of the tan pants. I then added logos and stickers to the armor jacket because the girl likes these kind of fun things, even in the grim setting. It's just a part of her character's personality. I did an additional layer of chipping, then deleted those from the stickers, then did another gray multiply layer just on the stickers to give them the aged/lined look.
What I finally got out of it looks pretty close to what I had in mind, and I hope y'all enjoy it!
New additions: Basic head shots for character definition purposes, Ms. Samantha in adventure clothing, and as the early "Witch of the Outlands" back in the day when she was the shamaness of the mutie tribe, as well as some other contexts with the same face files.
Using MidJourney's --cref [images] --cw [0-100] commands for some of those, although all of these are based on poser renders as the character definition files.

Holy $hit!!! ... she's stunningly beautiful with a hint of mischief and mystery in her stare. I'm feeling a sharp pang of envy my friend, she's really something.

Well, mission accomplished then. Thanks.

You have managed a very compelling portrait without AI. Honestly, if you can do something this good without AI.... well.... much more power to YOU! XD She is youthful and very serious looking. I like the character and it fits well with the story you have shared. =)

Well, there is a bit of it in there though. The original was a poser with a xurge3d scout armor, but it was interpreted through an AI, which I believe is allowed as long as the original method involves this or some other non-ai way.
