Getting human skin to look right is sometimes a difficult thing. Shading it correctly is difficult enough in and of itself, but then you have to get the specularity to look right or it will look dull, washed-out, even gray or lifeless. I think you got the lighting dialed in correctly on this one, the tones look natural and infused with life.

I could point out a particularly bad example, but why bother when I'm enjoying better stuff here.
