Description
The buildings are "Urban Future 2" by "Stonemason". From the ground half up is a "HazeCube" from "Environments - Inclement Weather". Sky and ambient light by the "ErmClouds01_SD" HDRI from "Gritstone Hills" (everything available at Daz 3D) and the key light by the sun. High building blocks with smog near the ground.
