Description
I decided to participate in the contest of this month. Since I like contrasts a lot, this was a good theme for me. I remember that Dimension 7 once commented on one my images with "drowning in flames". That is what I tried to implement in this image. I originally had a black back ground, but then accidentally inverted the flame layer and I liked the result. I like the serenity of the background better and now you focus more on the flames and water.

i think that comment was, "burning in water, drowning in flame." it's a charles bukowski poetry book. he's got other books, like "love is a dog from hell," and "play the piano drunk /like a percussion instrument /until the fingers begin to bleed a bit." great concept except for, well, the spelling error. and i'd take down the intensity of the red bar at the bottom.
