Description

This was for a marketing class through Digital Art Live taught by Vladimir Chopine (Geek at Play Studios) hosted by Paul Bussey.. For two weeks we were to come up with mock movie posters or book covers and do 1 per day. Whatever you do for the first re-do that one as your last image to see what you do different. Along the way we post them and get feedback from Vlad and classmates. Was a great exercise in rapid completion of a project and practice in compositing in Photoshop and drawing on all your resources. Using A.I. for certain backgrounds and even characters was very helpful. Other characters and elements were from Poser, DAZ and even some photos I have. The Star Wars image was done on a weekend and it took me all day to prepare the different images in PS to apply to the main image. Once done, I was free to move the pieces around like Colorforms (anyone remember that as a kid?) or a collage until I was satisfied. Thanks for stopping by.
