Description

Sometimes icicles shine like diamonds, but I'm afraid I couldn't bring it out well. Any hints for doing a better job next time? Just loved the the different colors and the light when I shot it ;o) Thanks for having a look...comments are welcome!

Nice ones in a row. I've never had good luck at catching the diamonds. Maybe someone over in the Forum would have a suggestion?

Try a longer exposure maybe.

i know what you mean, I tried shooting some icicles over the holidays when we were up north- hard to convey what was seen- I like the shadow & light & different textures here :)

great photo. i'm glad our winters are mild enough in L.A. that i can take pictures of camellias this time even tho i'd miss such a great series of winter shots.
