Description
This is PC James Hathaway, a member of the City Social Police. He wears the traditional uniform and deals mainly with tourists and traffic duties. Tonight he is finishing his street patrolling and is enjoying the beautiful evening.
His ambition is to become a detective constable and work his way up to Inspector or maybe even Detective Chief Inspector.
But all is not well in the City and he is about to discover -
