Thanks for comment! More than a texture, that is a material with anysothropic lighting and a lake.jpg photo map chrome-like added on Reflection Channel to create the seams of a reflecting metal. I use 3Dmax 4 and there is a default material called metal-chrome Feel free to post me questions on my artist page Hope it helped!:)
