A quiet, withdrawn apothecary lives deep in the woods outside the village. He is awkward and nervous around people, but he adores the forest animals, and often takes injured or weak ones to his cottage to nurse them back to health. This little bunny had hurt his leg, and is perfectly fine now, but he refuses to leave his new human friend. So the apothecary and his rabbit live together, eating the bounty of food that they gather in their forest home.
