The minute she walked into my office wearin' all o'that heavy armor, I knew that Dame had class. At 5'10" she was a tall drink 'o water standin' next to that spiky sword of hers, with those strands 'o red hair warmin' up the cold room like a bonfire, and a smile that could light up the night.
"I need your help tracking down some snake cultists," she said, the soft dulcet tones of her voice betraying a certain sharpness, a surety that only a warrior could bring to the table. "...and I'm willing to pay. Handsomely."
That last bit was the icing on the cake. I was gonna charge for my services, I don't work pro bono; but this one might get a discount, just 'cause I love me some redheads.
