Description

I bought all these products that supposedly give skin wetness. They sucked. It surprised me considering where the products were promoted and sold. Extremely disappointed, I decided I need to find a workaround. I'm not really all that thrilled about post work these days. But you can't deny the benefits. It allows you to create images that are truly original in the world of the atypical RENDER and UPLOAD routine. So, as much as I hated the idea, I decided to get out of my runt and tackle wet skin. I can't say I'm happy with the results but it's a damned slight better than the products I own (he says with disgust). Using those, I ended up with figures covered in solid droplets that stuck to the body. (Which looked nothing like the promo images.) I'd love to know what you think. Thanks for viewing.

First things first: I really like your picture! The reduced colors fit the theme perfectly and the model is simply yummy!

I think I know which products you mean. I haven't tried them myself - but the problem is visible in many of the promos: the exaggerated richness of detail combined with the unnaturalness of the presentation. I think these products can only be used for extreme close-ups ... and then the textures become distorted. Well ...

Have you tried using a geoshell (without texture maps) to simulate the shine/reflection of wet skin? I worked on something like this at some point. If you're interested, I could see if I can still find it and describe some of the shader settings here (I don't think there were many).

That would be appreciated. And thanks for looking. :)

I find wet skin so hit and miss but geoshells seem to be the better option for me.
