Description
American Coots are just such strange looking and sounding birds that I enjoy photographing them at the local park. This one seemed such a great pose on one leg and in such a way that it appeared to have an almost perfectly round body.

Their feet are totally funky when compared to ducks. A very prehistoric looking bird.

@Chatar I hadn't actually but OH MY GOSH. That was certainly not what I was expecting! Those ARE some crazy feet. Thanks for sharing the photo
