Description

My little break, that is.... I had hoped to be back 100% by now, but life keeps throwing that smelly brown stuff in front of the fan. The one facing me... Monday night I had to take Jo to the emergency room - where we sat for THREE HOURS before we were finally seen. They did all the usual hook-ups and stuff, did nasal swabs for covid and the flu (both negative), did a few other tests, and found nothing. So we were sent home with more questions than answers. Haven't got the bill, yet. We will be seeing our provider on the 22nd, so hopefully some answers will be forthcoming. I've been dealing with the aftermath of that, and trying to get some answers. It's basically extreme fatigue, and a few other things, but from what the ER folks told us, it's not anything serious. I am - as time and my mood allow - working on the next TNA page. But yeah.... I'm going to extend my break for a bit longer. I'm targeting April 1 to be back. That's not a joke, either. So enjoy the pile of nonsense this gallery has become. Ads for stupid crap, the usual repetitive stuff from the same individuals, and all the other nonsense. I took this photo many years ago while on vacation (I don't even know what that is anymore..), and it was actually shot on that "film" stuff! Rod's Lair Official Girls From T.N.A. Great shot! It sounds like you had a very frustrating experience, but I'm glad to hear Jo was okay to send home.

Glad to hear you and Jo are doing fine at home now...take as much time as you need away from this place, no need to hurry as family comes first always Rod! The photo highlights your talent for taking great shots. :-)

You should try the NHS. I spent eight hours, leaving at 6am on a Sunday. I was seen - all of 20 minutes at most. But some poor buggers were there before me and still there when I left.

Get as much rest as you can.

Here's hoping for the best. In the meantime I've just had a bothersome tooth pulled out.

On a lighter note, photos like this remind me of the earliest time exposures I took when I started using cameras with advanced controls.

I am sure Jo' will be fine Rod. I echo all other sentiments about taking time away. You never told me if you managed to get Daz Studio functioning.

It's a beautiful photo. I hope you and yours are doing okay. Life in general can be a challenge and I know it's hard to create while suffering from fatigue or just feeling burnt out.
