Description

Attempt at forcing the vegetation feature in Terragen. It still can be improved by texturing but the result would still be marginal in my opinion. Still I hope it provides a bit of life in the picture. Rendered in Terragen 8.68 with color enhancements in Photoshop 6.01. Thank you for viewing

good idea + work! i just love how you made, what in terrragen is a somewhat large scene (?), and make it look like a little pond surrounded by grass and reeds...the effect is complete!

Very original idea to force some vegetation into TG. I like the composition with this little flat island, and the water "greens" in the back. Yes, I also found that texturing of such steep ter (as the plants) and also so flat ter (as the stone) is very difficult in TG. A very good attempt :-)

I agree, in Terragen scale is totally a matter of viewpoint and references to give scale, and hard to do (i've tried). This is an exquisite little pond and needs only a Poser frog.
