So pullback image 1.5. Then render the upper portion too to leave room for the title. Insert bodice-ripping title of choice but be sure to use a flowery cursive font and make it "pop" out from the cover maybe with a tiny layer of black behind the title layer, filter -> other -> minimum maybe 3 pixels go make that happen. Put the "Harlequin Romances" logo on there somewhere. Instant book cover.
The story's content I'll leave up to you all. You can pretty much guess. Lots of derring-do adventure, plenty of dancing and court intrigue, the young guy fighting some menacing villain to get the girl out of a bad situation, hands and heavy breathing, and then an ever-after happily left to the reader's imagination.
