I've been doing the CGI modelling and texturing bit for a few years now on and off. Â
I come from a physical model building and painting background (miniatures, some sculpting painting, etc).   That's taught me a lot about how to get a certain look out of a certain technique or texture.    A lot of that carries over into 3d modelling and texture building.
My day job is a soul-sucking piece of [expletive deleted] but it pays the bills.  But I still need to do more and give something back.    So these boards are kind of an outlet for that side of myself.
Â
I love the post apocalyptic and survival horror genres, as is evident in most of my goodies.  The cheesier the movie the better.

Great work!
JohnnyM
What awesome work you have done with this image my friend...it is the perfect compliment to a great artist like Ute's AI art work. All done by a skilled master like you, I have to also personally compliment you on your insane talent for writing. This quality will become a very valued commodity for you in the near future as the entertainment industry will be shortly advertising positions in Hollywood for AI super prompters. It seem like there will be a high demand for artist that can capitalize on their ability to create super prompts! Of course as a freelancer you will be free to choose your payment and work terms.
I am only carrying a few silver bars on me for bartering, but knowing that you value this form of currency, I am sure it will be more that enough payment for the viewing pleasure your images bring to this site. So here's all of the 5 bars of silver I carry on me and an instant favorite from me for sure!
I want to thank you for your amazing support you have given me, now go ahead an have a great weekend! :-)

Thanks for the kind words, JohnnyM. Here's a dirty little secret though. I've been working with these things for a little while though, and as you go along you realize their limitations. Limitations that are not openly touted, as the creators of AI's want to make their tools seem as powerful as possible so that they can sell their services to the upper echelons for mega bucks. They are not as powerful as they are touted to be, and can be downright wonky once you work with them. You often have to massage them in the right way to get what you want, or even go in and just manually edit them based on your own style and experience. Prompts, settings, and commands are just one part of the picture.
As for what the entertainment industry is doing, well, they've kind of painted themselves into a corner at this point by simply forgetting who their audience really is. The whole "modern audiences" thing is a fabrication that they themselves have come to believe, a wish-fulfillment fantasy of their own making. Meanwhile, down in the trenches where people actually live, it's opened up the ground for guys like me or perhaps you too to give people what they want, and maybe eventually make a buck or two doing it.

Gorgeous composition.

This is absolutely stunning work, good sir! Takes me back to the days when I had a favorite bookstore where I could spend hours just looking a cover art. And this would fit right in. Wow.
And I love that this was inspired by one of Ute's works! She's a sweetheart, and we've been friends since I joined 'Rosity back in 2009.
Tip of the hat from me!

My question is did he start ripping her bodice before or after she started hiking her skirt? She looks "good to go" as we say.

I always imagined a plot twist. Princey-boy here's actually the bad guy. A glad-handing fast-talking usurper put in line to the throne by a cabal. The real hero of the piece is the dark-cloaked guy with the sword slightly in the background.

Oh my wordy what a wonderful piece, so well done this is just like the old romance novels I addictively read as a Teen and young woman. So much better than the in your face movies they do now which leave nothing to the imagination, the immersive nature of reading these took your imagination to places of romance and pleasure without being gross. You have done such a exceptional job, I so look forward to many more of your amazing creations sweetie xx❤️ (and yes I agree sweetie xx)

Hi Moogie! Glad you're still on this board. Happy to oblige. My own early reading consisted of male-oriented pulp novels, the topics touched on therein now going the way of the dinosaur as well. Maybe one day when everybody's finally tired of all of the depredation and nihilism, maybe when that's all burned out, maybe this stuff'll make some sort of comeback.
DISCLAIMER: I have never read, touched, or even glanced at romance novels as it is against the Bro Code. Check Verse 15 in the book of Dude-eronomy. Any semblance to actual books is purely based on academic study alone and is presented here only for entertainment purposes.
