Description
In this one a character mix poses to test Tiboza's superb 'Pirate Outfrit for Genesis 8.1 Females.' This comprehensive fantasy-ish pirate set is superb out of the box and is rendered in this scene with 'stock' textures and tiling. dForce worked well with few poke-throughs, and the belts and corset adjusted well with Fit Control and Mesh Grabber to accomodate the pistol and dagger/bayonet with a effort that is only fair to expect.
In short, there's a reason why this set has over 13,00 downloads as of this posting. Get it and use it.
The gal's pistol is available in Free Stuff from Eltuco 3D, and is about as authentic as can be achieved. The cock and hammer are poseable. Upgrading the wood textures is recommeded as their file size required lesser substituons for inclusion in Free Stuff. The belt spear opposite the lock fit perfectly behind the belt as was practice in the day.
The dagger is also available free from Eltuco, and will post as render out of the box as posted here without adjustment.
The ship is the venerable 'Licorne', available in DAZ, and is still the best early 18th century ship available. She responds well to texture upgrades, and I added a few here. I also swapped out her guns with 4-pounders from 'Armed Virginia Sloop' (DAZ), as their tackle approaches historical.
The HDRI with assets is Dreamlight's excellent 'Secret Pirate's Cove.' The included camera is quite handy and was used for this scene.

Thanks Rod - the outfir works quite well. Needed a little tweaking on the top to cover a little more but that's a matter of taste. it fit perfectly.
