I like the idea and render. It brought back two characters, one from Charlaine Harris's True Blood, where one character called Bubba was hinted that he was The King himself but him becoming vampire didn't go so well. Like that idea and character alone had required a series of books imo. And another is from one nineties cartoon called Biker Mice from Mars where there was one supervillain called Evil Eye Wheevil who was this purple skinned, big violet hairdo, kind of a dried up zombie looking Elvis lookalike/Elvish's alien brother who's superpower besides imation and somewhat singign talent was his other eye which shot ray of hatred which then made people to hate eatch others to point of fighting. Effect itself was permanent. He was followed by his two minions called Pukes of Hazard. yea, dukes of hazard parody all the way too. Am not expecting anyone to remember these but this render made me nostalgic.

That's great that I was able to awaken a little melancholy in you. Both of the sources you mentioned (movie and book) unfortunately don't tell me anything.

In any case, I secretly don't believe that the old stars have actually died. Just last month I was in a small guitar store in Augsburg (Germany) and Jimi Hendrix was sitting in the back room experimenting a bit on his Fender Stratocaster (still strung the other way round).

They are worth checking out. I forgot that True Blood was name of TV-series but books go by names Sookie Stackhouse or The Southern Vampire Mysteries by Charlaine Harris. I kinda did like the books as they did introduce quite lot of supernatural beings and told one version about vampire society, kinda. Through Sookie's experiences. And it and series totally were loveletter to World of Darkness and Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines rpg worlds. ( geek glasses on )

Some stars definetelly do have that mystery around them don't they... like did they really die or did they just faked their deaths in order to live last years happily without anyone disturbing them. Probably relatives disapprove such romancing. Celebs don't seem to get that privacy they should have in their lives once becoming big star. All the sudden everyone wants to every last bit of you and where you are at all times and doing who knows what. In a way it kinda sounds morally wrong for people not being able to live their life normally anymore.

And no, I have not seen dead mucicians. Nor dead other celebs. Not live ones, not dead ones and no recently reanimated ones either. It kinda blows though. Only paranormal in my life were ghosties at one work place and at my previous apartment. Sometimes some weird things happen. That that sounds pretty cool story and must been quite a day.
