This kind of reminds me of the movie Cocoon. But well, that's just me. Cool work on the lights firing out.

cool effects the green light is perfect. I like the way you have but the two other spheres in shot as to show what becomes of them after.

I like it a lot, the light-rays coming out are beautiful. The concept is strange and original. Very well done. --- One question: are you sure of that so-flat horizon line? IMHO it subtracts a lot to the pic.

thanks for the comments. Its not really finished, but it was taking forever to render, so I just left it alone. It definitely needs some work.
