Description

Hey Vinnie here, I just wanted to say something about your mitochondria. Not that anybody cares but somebody might right. Do you even know you have them? Those are what build up your killer T cells so your body can heal itself better and you can live longer. Something that "The Man" is trying to reverse. The man does not think humans can take care of themselves that is why they are all in your buisness like telling you how to breed and stuff like that. I`m glad I`m a vulture living in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana. We don`t burn our own species like you humans do. We want you to be more healthy so you go hiking and fall off cliffs to die because you taste like bacon. And everybody loves bacon. Even bacon loves bacon, God got that one right. Seriously though if you studied Jurassic Park you know us Vultures have the best smelling glands on the planet, we can even smell evil. Which is why I am talking about your mitochondria in the first place, because of the efforts to bring down your population covertly. To beat the man`s depopulation agenda you need to have strong killer T cells. Vulture strong, I call mine Mr. T cells because of the A Team myself so here are some things science knows about your mitochondria that can help you have strong ones so you can live long and prosper yourself against all the odds.. What Causes Mitochondrial Dysfunction? There are four primary contributors to mitochondrial dysfunction: Excess linoleic acid (LA) intake Estrogen dominance Electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure Endotoxin — Refined sugars and many starches are more likely to cause gut dysbiosis that leads to the production of endotoxin. This endotoxin is one of the factors that destroys mitochondrial function, resulting in the Warburg Effect (cancer metabolism), where glucose is burned through glycolysis. And here are some things you can do about it that should be the most important things in your life... Lower your LA intake as low as possible by avoiding processed foods, seed oils, chicken, pork, seeds and nuts. Make sure you’re eating healthy carbs such as ripe fruit, raw honey and maple syrup. Decrease lactate production and increase carbon dioxide, as they have opposing effects.4 You can learn more about this in “The Biology of Carbon Dioxide.” Reduce your stress, as chronic stress promotes cortisol release, which is a potent suppressor of mitochondrial function and biogenesis. Progesterone can be quite helpful here, as it’s a potent cortisol blocker. You can learn more about this in “What You Need to Know About Estrogen and Serotonin.” Take supplemental niacinamide, as your mitochondria cannot make energy without it. I recommend taking 50 mg of niacinamide three times a day. If you want to invent something invent clothing that blocks EMF so you can compute and not reek havoc on your body, The Man will hate that and have to think of other ways to bring down world populations covertly, like spraying chemtrails on Earth to intentionally warm the planet and change weather patterns like Bill Gates is doing to profit from destruction. Evil can be overcome. Hmmm, I smell rabbits, it must be getting close to Easter... Happy Easter...
