Description
Training one of my iconic daz3d slingshot swimsuit models to use in AIart generation.
Not happy with the current version, it's too rigid. Rebuilding the swimsuit datasets with more color options+extended pose recognition.

This is Yet another backlogged project which hasn't seen any traction in many weeks, need to complete a lot of piled up commissions before resuming work on this.
3DCG created in Daz3D Studio using Iray.
AI Generated in Stable Diffusion.
3D & AI Assets created using...a lot of various software suites.

To be honest - why does she bother to wear anything?!
SWTrium
In my humble opinion: if the correct amount of details are left to the imagination, then the options become limitless.
As for her POV: she might just like the feel of supple, yet taut, leather against her skin ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Not very much leather, though!

Aye true, but just enough to whet the palate ;)

It looks good on the AI model. Will your updated version of the suit be a new product or will it be an update for everyone who bought the original? Will it be for G8 too?
SWTrium
Will your updated version of the suit be a new product or will it be an update for everyone who bought the original? > Please explain a little more. Did you mean whether my current G8F Slingshot bikini will be updated to work natively with dedicated FBM+JCM supports for G9 characters? Or?
As a sidenote, I've got a new WIP slingshot kit for G9 females And males under construction. I'm trying to add some new, shiny features to the new G9 product which I hope others will find useful. But I need to thoroughly test it out since some stuff are experimental/layered, so I'm taking my time in building it while making sure that the final product will be a worthwhile upgrade.
Lastly, the three images (of my AI character Monika04) to the left are fully AI generated. Not a pixel has been changed nor have I used any image reference to create them, they are 100% text to image creations. The swimsuit seen on those three images are not 3D, the outfit has been trained and converted into an AI model (a LoRA-LoCon model to be precise) and then pruned (through the block weights) to create a separate lightweight AI swimsuit data block that adds the details of my original slingshot swimsuit with the black leather material into the media, while keeping the rest of the image as authentic to the original checkpoint as possible.

At first I thought this meant you were updating the original product so it could be posed better and include more colors. After reading again, it now looks like you were talking about the AI dataset. I misunderstood at first. Sorry.
Out of curiosity, though, will you still be making products for G8? I haven't switched to G9 and will probably wait to see what happens with G10 some day before switching from G8 lol.

Yep, I meant that I wanted to redo the AI model of the swimsuit, my apologies if I gave the wrong impression.
To be candid, I have tried experimenting with updating some of my current products originally created for G8F to make them better compliant with G9 skeletons, without having to use 3rd party plugins or in a method which will prevent AutoFit from decimating the entire controller stack...but it is proving to be a very difficult ordeal. Since any workflow which is not as simple as possible for the average user to effortlessly use with near total success, defeats the entire purpose of deploying these under the hood changes.

And I'm seeing first hand effects of how time consuming it has become to design assets for both G8 and G9 (compared to the combo of G3F and G8F which was magnitudes easier due to the similarity of the skeletons). My next few kits will be G8+G9 ready, but I dunno for how long I can keep this up. But I guess it will boil down to a few factors like how complex the kit designs are, how many pieces are included in the kit and whether it has been originally commissioned for G8 or G9 characters.

Just caught up on gallery images/vids. All are very nicely done. I especially liked the vids. :)
SWTrium
Happy to hear that!
TBH it's a different experience to see how mere words which get typed into a console are consumed as food for thought by a machine mind to conjure up (sometimes okay, sometimes wonky) animations in a short span of time all by itself.
I'm sitting on a few more of these pics & vids for a while now but haven't been able to post them yet, I will try to do that sometime soon.
