The render is impressive, but the pose has some flaws. Her body is leaning too far back, throwing off her center of gravity unrealistically. She should be leaning forward slightly, putting some supporting weight on the bent leg on the stool. Also, the bent foot looks unnatural, and too severe in that position. It should be relaxed and naturally bent, not forced. Try duplicating that pose yourself while looking into a tall mirror. If it feels uncomfortable, then it is not a natural pose.
