Description

She had walked for hours, seeing nothing nor detecting anything within a dangerous range to her. She had only paused for short breaks in the shade of rock for a drink of water when she was sure she could no longer handle the dryness in her throat. Crossing another short open sparse of sand, She paused. Her eyes settled onto what looked to be a small opening to a cave. She tightened her grip on the heavy rifle in her hands. Could be shelter she thought. Pushing down her fear, she moved slowly forward.
