Description
~Kegel Girl~
This is a pose I couldn't get through prompting alone, and surprisingly, not even by exporting the 3D pose to OpenPose in ControlNet due to stick figure ambiguities. AI also has trouble understanding non-standing poses. The solution was to add a depth map in combination to OpenPose, which can be easily created with an extra render layer in Poser, or in SD itself.
Only then I could get the expected pose right on the 1st try, with the OP map providing the pose and camera framing, and the depth map providing the proper placement and orientation. Yet another example where OP+Depth maps are a powerful combination. 3D pose and camera set in Poser with my OpenPose plugin, rendered in Stable Diffusion, postwork in PaintShop.

She shouldn't exercise so hard and take a brake instead. Beautiful work. It seems you have a hand in finding the limits of this AI. cool

Thanks! Finding the limits, and also the solutions! ^o^

Dang - no wonder she's in such great shape! Sweet!
I'm enjoying these glimpses into your process for creating these wonderful images. Seems to be more to it than just typing a few words into a prompt and letting the AI do whatever..

Thank you! Indeed, this pose is impossible to get with a prompt. In general, AI struggles with non-standing poses, especially this one. Once again, 3D comes to the rescue! This workflow not only resolves the problem, but also allows importing entire 3D scenes into AI for rendering. ^__^
