Every thing in this animation from Blender kit
The spotlight is linked to the space ship
The camera is linked to the spaceship
As the ship moves then camera and the light keep up with it
An ten second render has 250 frames rendered with in Eevee to H264
Yes I within my mind had more than one spaceship and maybe an 120 seconds render
But as always time is very short
