Hi, from South Texas.
I like to swim, play cards and play on this computer with all sorts of programs. I am also an avid reader, mostly fiction.
I am glad you stopped by.....hope you will take time to look at my gallery. As a side note, I am honored to have been chosen as Artist of the Month for December 2022. Thanks to all that voted.

Great sci-fi. I'm not sure you get over that. At least there is a railing. It's more scary when there is not. Once we went up into Perry's Monument. At the top, there is a thick concrete wall about waist high. Maybe 2 feet thick. My first thought was "It's not high enough!" When we got out of the elevator, the wind pushed me a little. I backed up against the tower and said "I can see all I want to see from here. I'm not moving."
By the way, I know you use to use Bryce. Not sure if you are interested, but you can get a perpetual license for the latest version of Vue and Plant Factory for free at least until August (I think.) They have stopped developing the program and are giving it away for free for a while anyway. I downloaded it and started re-learning it. Will use it to create some backgrounds for my scenes.

I suppose I should dl it, but not sure I want to learn a new program. If it is anything like Terragen, it would be a nightmare. Bryce was a piece of cake next to Terragen.
Thanks for the info though.
I hate heights. When we went to Carlsbad Caverns, you can walk down....into this black abyss. Just a five foot or so walkway down, no railing, just the rock wall on one side, which I faced and tried to side-step my way down. Got part way and just couldn't go any farther. Finally an attendant came with a golf cart and we rode back to the top. That was scary also but at least faster. Went inside and took the elevator to the bottom where the cave was. That part was incredible.

Very beautiful views but I think the narrow bridge in that second image is more likely to give me a fear of heights instead of helping me overcome it :D

I agree, thanks for the comment.
