Description

A very rare Species, the himalayan Horseheal (Inula magnificum). It did smuggle into my Garden with the pretty Inula of Greece and came to stay. It looks a bit messy, but the bees love it. Inula from Greece is a healing Plant for Man (Cough) and Animals (Horses), but for this Species, growing on moist Meadows in the lower Himalayas, its unknown if and what they can heal.

Very interesting and crazy petals, like little tentacles moving about! Very nice shots of these bee favourites

Thank You! Yes the Flowers always look like tousled Children after Sleep, but the Bees love them! :)

Merci! Oui, les fleurs ont toujours l'air d'enfants ébouriffés après le sommeil, mais les abeilles les adorent ! :)
