Thanks :o) It's just an old render with some text added in GIMP. It's ery loosely inspired by some old Good Housekeeping covers I found on the internet. (And just to be clear, I was only looking for Good Housekeeping covers on the internet because I'd had an idea to turn one of my renders into a cover for an imaginary magazine called Good Lairkeeping. It's not the sort of thing I normally do. Honest)
