Description

After retiring from art long ago, having spent countless thousands of hours struggling with my creations from scratch, I suddenly got curious about this new AI trend, so I looked into it to see what this silliness is all about. And so with some help from AI I cranked out this simple image to see what AI is capable of, and to be honest, I'm pretty sure my art skills might become obsolete probably sooner than later. I should cry and complain, but what's the point of that? I might as well smile and embrace the mad new world that's coming.

The new world of AI art is not coming.....it is here! It is wonderful and addictive. And this is a fantastic image. Welcome to our world. ;-)

Thanks, and I think you're correct. AI has arrived and no arguing, complaining, screaming or sobbing will change that. I'm glad to see Renderosity still alive and well, although much has changed, but I do miss the good old days a bit. Perhaps I will dust-off 2 or 3 of my images from 25 yrs ago and AIdesize them just for fun. :)

The world always moves from time consuming difficulty to quick and easy. From paint to airbrush to digital to AI. I can now produce way more of my ideas. When painting it would take me weeks to do one picture and I would have others waiting to be done in my mind. Now, I can create them in a few hours. You can still put the images in Photoshop and change things, add things, expand the size, fix things, and clean things up. It's just a different process. Nice image. Just think, there are no limits to what you can create. - Bob

I'm glad I found this Image...see those 3 guys above well they are my Mentors plus UteBigSmile who is a former AOY. I credited these lovely Artists in my interview when I got AOM in June. And I did exactly the same as you I came back in Feb because I had discovered AI...so compared to them I'm a total newbie, but if I can achieve AOM in 3 months just imagine what you can do...so welcome fellow AI newbie, we are gonna have so much fun! BTW Superb image!

Thanks for the info. I did notice that several artists here produce exceptional artistic output, far above average, and it's pure pleasure for the eyes.
Personally, I'm officially retired, no longer seeking any fame or publicity, just having fun and spreading it around. And I am glad that I no longer need to spend 2 weeks of toil and sweat just to produce a single image like in the old days.
