Good to see you're not at this weekend's pro-Saddam rally in DC.

Well, I can't say I bleed red, white and blue...it's just red, but I've seen it flow, just red, on the soil of three continents while it stained my uniform. Interestingly, it doesn't matter if you start with olive-drab or desert camo...blood still makes cloth that same dark and frightening color. Thanks for this, Mock. I find it to be entirely correct, whether it's political or not!

No matter how we feel about the current state of affairs, it is our duty as americans to support our country, and our troops. Thank you Mock, god bless you and god bless America.

Awesome man! I think some of the whiners out there honestly need to remember just why it is they have the rights they do. All they do is take it for granted that they have the RIGHT to do this, and the RIGHT to do that. They need to remember those rights were bought and paid for in blood. Blood spilled defeating tyrants and madmen. Now we have madmen that have taken it to our own soil, and are planning more, and all they do is whine. Time for some backbone.

Patriotic doesn't mean un-PC

I'm certainly neither.
I take that back. I actually really am very patriotic in two ways. One, I'm patriotic to Aussie, but two, I'm perfectly in favour of Uncle Sam and Columbia and everything that once made this a great nation.

I love America! I personally think we should overthrow this nation and try to find out where it went.

I too am very tired of the same old PC rhetoric. Thank you very much for posting this image. God Bless America!

I agree -- much too often, "politically correct" is just an excuse to hide behind while you express totally unrealistic views. If someone thinks this image is not "politically correct," perhaps they are entitled to their opinion, but I do not share it. Thank you for your patriotism!

The tree of liberty must be refreshed regularly with the blood of Patriots and Tyrants. I believe it was Thomas Jefferson who said it and it's still true today. Amen. If you don't love America... LEAVE IT NOW!!! The freedoms you have, including freedom of speech would not exist without the sacrifice of many VETERANS. I myself am a veteran of Just Cause Panama, Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Some of my friends died there and I will not dishonor their memory for any PC BUllSHIT!!!

The only real Americans are the so-called Indians. Freedom of speech means that it is allowed to criticise politics. And also to defend them. Please don't start a new civil war, ok?

I wish us Brits were as patriotic - over here if we salute the flag (union Jack), we get called a Racist (or Nationlist) if you prefer. The Yanks fly the flag outside every public building, school, sports stadium and any space big enought to fly the flag. The only public building I know in this country that flies the Union Jack is Buckingham Palace (and that's only cos they have to!!!). America, when I last checked, is a multi-racial society UNDER ONE FLAG) C'mon Brits, why can't we be the same! Support the flag and stuff the P C's (OK, rant over - where's e Prozac?) Cool image, Mock, keep em coming!

Bush is an asshole! He wants the war just because of the oil in Iraq!

Maubre the U.S. imports only 17% of its oil from the middle east in total. For the past 11 years none of wich has come from iraq. So much for this "Bush wants the oil" line.

Patriotism is the essence of xenophobia. Believe me, seen from outside, your flag looks as ridiculous and bloodstained as any other flag. God doesn't exist, it's just what people use when they want to justifie their crimes. In that respect, christians and muslims are the same. How can you show a symbol of liberty while the US support Pakistan, Saoudi Arabia and Israel, just like they supported Saddam and Bin Laden before?

Stated as one with no flag and no loyalty .. "Take note" What do you take us for? Are you actually telling me that every thing will be peachy if we sit back and do nothing?.. And as for the US selling or providing weapons to our friends in the past, well the US has this flaw called loyalty unfortunately the US gets bit in the ass when dealing with countries witch lack this flaw. What gets me are all the idiots with selective amnesia out there that forget that when we provided weapons to these countries we and they had the same enemies be it Iran, the U.S.S.R., or whoever. Decades latter they have forgotten as many here have. But some of us dont forget we dont forget that Desert Storm wasnt ended by a peace treaty it was never truly ended, the hostilities were ended by a ceasefire a ceasefire contingent on terms, well guess what some body hasnt lived up to those terms its that simple. The US is just giving them what they obviously want.
