Nice one Riddlaz! Excellent modelling and attention to detail. Did you know that you can buy one of these in JO-BO - South Africa for $20.00. But then again, you'd probably need it to get out of there in one piece! LOL :o) Keep up the good work Mate!!

Thanks allot for the motivating comments guys, you guys rock!. Its awesome to know that my hard work is paying off, this is the longest time Ive ever spent on a single model, allot of work has gone into the making of this over a months period, right now Im working to make a render along with some of the cartridges and some empty shells as well, I will post it when Im done with it, thanks again!!.

Yiaa, perfect work, unbeliveable! Textures perfect too.
BUT
the handle does not seem right to me, it has strange shape, and i think it has no screws on sides, nor roughened surface.Buttstock is suspicious too, i dont know why you work on so precise modelling without looking at some photos or other reference materials.

Thanks for the comment spaceboy, well I dont know what you mean without looking at photos or references because I did, I had like 50 reference photos in my hard disk, otherwise I wouldnt have been able to add all that detail accurately :). Well about the handle well out of all of the ak images I had, every handle had a little different pattern and shape, I decided to model it after one that indeed had screws on its side and a rough pattern as well, mine is rougher than the one on the references because I wanted to make it look even older
