Description

She had been watching her deck crew through the glass, but then returned to the chair at the end of the table. Her mind reeled with implications of what she saw. Was it really there? She had seen the energy that swirled and crackled silently within it. It was just as alive as the legends had predicted. She had seen it as a young woman, briefly, and then it was gone. After so much time had passed, what did it mean? This was a matter she would have to deal with. For now though, her top priority was getting her people safely beyond Federation territory. Still, she couldn't keep her mind from spinning different meanings to the event. "I will know." She whispered softly to herself.
