Indeed they are. This whole country (and world) has just gone ape-shit crazy. I do have to say I hope that second Presidential debate takes place between Trump and Kamala Harris. She'll kick his crazy ass. She's used to putting schmucks like him behind bars.
Got a call from St. Joseph Medical Center today. Apparently my FNP ordered a CT scan of my head. I'm scheduled for 2:45 Wednesday. I do not know why. It's a non contrast-dye scan, so she's looking at bone rather than soft tissue. Tried to call her today, but wasn't able to get hold of her. Hopefully, she's just being thorough and making sure all is as it should be. I guess we'll see. Just a bit scary.

A good doctor always wants clear information, here's hoping the scan is clear. It may be a check-up after some of the stuff you've been through.

And, yes, times are a changing...global warming is likely a greater part of the problem...folks must stop having so many babies--over population needs to be faced and addressed because it really is the prime mover to so many earthly problems. It wouldn't hurt if world leaders took more than a passing interest in geography, carrying capacity and the such. Too many world leaders are utterly useless--many seem to be as ignorant as a box of rocks and/or simply greedy and too corrupt to care.
Sad that Biden stepped down, but Kamala will be able to handle the monster. Perhaps he will even give her a reason to "bite off his ugly head" :) It should be delicious to see how these two will interact, because she "knows his type."
