The third appetizer option during the 2024 Summerlicious at the iSLAS Filipino BBQ and Bar was the Tokwat Baboy. It's a tofu dish with crispy pork belly, onions chilies topped with a sweet soy sauce. This was my second favourite meat during the meat. It was crisped up really nicely, didn't feel like you were eating any fat at all (even though pork belly always has a lot of fat!). Pork belly also can be made up into bacon but bacon tends to be cheaper than making your own out of pork belly. But pork belly tastes real nice in other dishes such as this. The tofu was also excellent, nice and crispy too.
