~Morgana Blackthorne~ Today's redhead is Morgana, the arcane witch. For 3 centuries, black magic has been strong within the Blackthornes, but it flows only among the daughters. Like her predecessors, Morgana has learned the arcane art from her mother, crafting magic potions that are renowned in the land. However, there is a price to pay, and it cannot be fulfilled with coin. The rules are simple: you must pledge to keep the potions' usage a secret and also to repay with a favor in the future - no questions asked. If the rules are broken, a terrible curse shall fall over you. There are legends telling the stories of those who broke their deals, and their fateful demises. With such a reputation over the centuries, nobody would dare to discover if the legends were true. However, witchcraft can also turn against its bearer. Morgana's older sister, Lillian, has lost her magic due to abusive misuse. With power comes responsibility. Having tarnished her family name, she was banished from the land with only what she was wearing, never to bear the arcane arts again. In addition, each witch is born with a specific skill that is unique to her, making her weaker with other kinds. This is usually a genetic trait that is passed from mother to daughter. Her mother, the powerful Cassandra, was a spirit witch, and so is Morgana. Spirit magic earns the witch special perks on matters of love, memories, and vitality - making the Blackthorne's some of the most sought potions in the land. Of course, other witches compete with their own magic potions as well, but Morgana's family has perfected this arcane art over generations. Potions from competitors often come with a side effect that may punish the user as much as it rewards them.
